Do I need to know how to code?
No. Sign in with Google, upload your documents and the assistant already answers. To add it to your website you just copy one line of code, and we give you the steps for WordPress, Wix and Shopify.
Which files can I upload?
PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, images and Google Drive documents (Docs, Sheets and Slides).
What if a customer asks something that isn’t in my documents?
The assistant says it doesn’t have that information instead of making it up, and the question shows up in your dashboard so you can add it.
Are my documents private?
Yes. Only your assistant uses them to answer, and you decide which files can be shared with customers. More details in the privacy policy.
